Glad you liked it svfarmer. So do I and its awful so many are losing their habitats!. I thought pic also good metaphor for us as sometimes we just need to hide away to get better. Do hope your having a good week with Mira's family. Xx

Thats the idea weathervane so glad I've succeeded. Are you having your bloods soon?. Hope they will be OK.

I had a good chat with my gp on weds and he's encouraged me to contact the gastros to make sure I haven't been discharged and to ask advice as unwell. He said if I didn't hear anything he'd do it for me!. Amazing. Ive phoned the secretary and she said she'd email him and let me know outcome. I may get a tel appt with him.

My rheumy one has come for end Oct which is fab backup.

You have a 🌟gp misty , i hope he comes back with some good advice when he phones as you must be miserable with all you have going on.

Ive bloods tomorrow, not sure if they do a covid test as well then all being well rituximab on the 15 th . I haven’t had drive through bloods before , i hope its my favourite nurse Pauline as she is able to get my blood first time , will be funny sticking my arm out the window 🤣🤣. Good luck with everything , look forward to hearing how you get on , stay safe xxxx

Thanks weathervane for your lovely message. Good luck to you on drive thru bloods. Hope it goes well and you can have your treatment soon. I wonder if they'll do a drive thru flu jab. Im going to our leisure centre for mine and it will be indoors. They've had to be very innovative this year!.

I phoned the secretary and now awaiting a possibke gastro appt as I haven't had a phone call. I was so relieved and pleased with my gp's support. Star indeed. I'll keep you posted and you take care too.Xx

Thanks misty , i just have visions of the nurse running along side the car, my arm sticking out and trying to find a vein 😁.

Just back , no problem! Thought i might have to get a covid test but not necessary. Beautiful day here , we were out in garden trimming and removing plants, i was just helping to clear up . Its a bank so quite awkward, my hubby did a good job, now need to do other half. Have a good weekend, 🤞🏻🤞🏻for Monday xxx

Great news weathervane at your bloods being straightforward. Now fingers crossed 🤞 for your infusion soon. Be careful of your back and hip doing that gardening, tricky terrain you've got but sounds like you and hubby make a good team. Great satisfaction, glad your weather is better than ours. .

I've revised my plan and decided if I dont hear from gastros by weds it will be a week . Every chance soI'll just ask my gp to write. Nothing yet.

hey stormy, glad you loved the pic and remember the Monkees, they even had their own TV show didn't they?. Good bit of escapism that we all need!. Thats a repeat that could be goid!.

I'm trying to get sense out of my local gastro dept, having to battle like you have recently. Hope you got somewhere and you keep safe and well too. Xx
