Lupus and Spleen

Hi I was finally diagnosed with Lupus after a few years, Lupus has affected my spleen so bad it's not really even there any more, I get really bad blisters on my hands and my memory is shot so bad I have to write everything down also I'm so tired all the time. Does anyone have any helpful hints that they can share with me

Hi I’m so sorry your spleen has been affected- I also have Lupus SLE and have bad fatigue- some days worse than others - all I can say is if your tired you must rest - it’s took me a while to accept this as I was very active before I got lupus and my memory is shot to pieces too - I put a lot of reminders into my phone to remind me of things and I also write little lists . Hi, if your spleen isn't functioning well it would be really helpful to make sure that both liver function and lymph flow are as good as possible. So check diet is as good as you can get it, get pressure off liver (support if necessary) and try to keep moving, even if gently. Try some dry-brushing etc. Cheers
