had a great run out this morning to finish my last run of couch to 5k. I really put my all into this final run exceeding the 3miles and running a fantastic 5miles!

This is brilliant! I am super proud of you for doing this, let alone anything else! How did you find doing the C25K? Tough going or about right? Been meaning to do it for years, but never have. I'm not a runner. Do love spinning classses though and desperately miss them!

It was really tough especially at the beginning and some days are most definitely harder than others and I wasnβt the fittest of people, never run in my life. I started off on treadmill and doing turbo trainer and with all the support I have received and a lot of willpower it really helped me to push through it.
I am actually starting to enjoy it now π
You also have to remember itβs just a light jog its not actual running which I think scares a lot of people off its just a notch from walking pace just to get your heart rate up and you can pic up pace at a later time if you wish to, its not about how fast you can go, itβs about the how far you can go! Which at the start wasnβt far at all for me, I struggled running for 60 seconds π but now look at me.
Also if you struggle one week itβs okay! just start over you donβt have to finish the week when it says so.
I actually did my first 5k run on week 7 run 2 of c25k and I didnβt always complete my other runs, i had to start over many times and still did afterwards.
