Good news π our supermarkets are open and pets at home is open (pet store) not been into town, but funny you mention lots of ambulances I have not seen or heard one which is very unusual π€·ββοΈ Hope thatβs a good sign and not lack of them .
Yes! I even had a glass of white wine at my coffee bar. Had to get it in a plastic cup and sit outside. A group of nurses came in from a nearby hospital to get their coffee pick me up, and I was pleased to be able to thank them in person. Our hospitals in New York are over-whelmed.
I am feeling hopeful that one of the monoclonal antibody drugs is going to be helpful. One was given to patients in the ICU at my old hospital, and a significant number of patients got better - even went home. Most people are not getting better with ventilators, so this is a good sign.
It seems many COVID patients are really dying of what we describe as massive autoimmune disease. Their immune systems cause this over-exuberant attack on their lungs and this is what they die of. That is why these drugs used in autoimmune disease look promising - to stop the cytokine storm.
I think so. More than plaquenil. And there are others with a similar mechanism. Scientists/doctors are working throughout the world and collaborating in a way that has apparently never been seen. I know the US sent companiesβ representatives to the UK to consult with British doctors on your prime minister. Do you think that is about using one of these drugs?
Hi Kay, Yes, the US is wanting to help prime minister. They are doing fascinating work here and around the world now, working together, as one common union, to put mother nature back on track, and out of human bodies. Here is hope that we can continue to do good together, in one world united by us all.. love, thestormy sunshine
Reading about the companies and CEOs who are over there. It is making a lot of sense now why the scientists are looking toward the oncology/ anti-rheumatic drugs to help with COVID lung complications.
Ok, Spotty this is great!! I am laughing so hard, so much fun, my hubby thinks I have gone fever crazy in the office.π€£π€£π€£ He is hearing voices... Captions,,, The Fresco speaks " Could you please pass the gray poupon-mustard"? Vincent says... " I didn't sign up for this, should I be isolating my other ear?" Mona, Says " Smell my stinky feet, I dare you to!" The art world will never be the same,LOL... Thanks for the soooo funny belly laughs. Keep the appliances and furniture talking, and we can start a cartoon show, or sitcom.... All my peace, blessings, and stormy Love, thestormy sunshine:):):)
I love your captions Stormy.ππ»ππ» So funny.ππ»ππ» Glad you are enjoying the posts and hope your furniture isnβt being cheeky to you. π My hubby thought Iβd lost it ages ago so maybe we should have a Hubby Club for those with Lupie wives! ππ Take care Stormy. π€π
ππ»ππ»ππ» Excellent suggestion Windy. It must have been a Bancio unless our Banksy has been stuck in Italy for the last month? πππ
ππ Depends whether the virus catches him and gets him all βheatedβ up, or whether he decides to βcough upβ for a mask and venture out to continue his art work.π¨π¨βπ¨
Is my iPad speaking to yours? A lot of nonsense seems to be coming out of it! ππ
