Hello everyone, it has been a long while since I put any thing up. But I always read posts. So am self isolateing because I have got a cold, running nose etc but no fever. I have this pain in my right rib. I was at home all day yesterday but this morning I got up and went for a walk. I am worried about not getting enough exercise while in isolation and piling up more weight. I can't stop wanting to nibble on something while at home.
Is it OK to take 30mins walk on my own?

Am sorry your not feeling well at the moment - absolutely your fine going for a walk on your own- i in fact today met my mum for a walk but we stayed about 6 feet away from another and blew one another a kiss goodbye. Hope you soon get better xx
I think it’s really good for you to take a walk as long as you can observe social distancing adequately. Getting some fresh air and exercise is really important.
Is the pain in your rib severe or getting worse? If so you might just want to phone your GP and at least describe it - it it’s severe then please don’t hesitate to call 111 just to make sure it’s nothing too serious - especially as you’ve got a cold.
Thanks my mum applied some menthol balm and I also scooped 1teaspoon into very hot water then steam up by covering my head over the hot water with a blanket. I didn't go out today but maybe tomorrow I will try and take a walk. Thanks for your reply
