My Antiphospholipid antibodies dropped substantially when I started a high fiber diet and limited eggs and dairy. I was allergic to dairy as a child but had seemed to outgrow it but my daughter was born with multiple allegies( eggs, milk, soy, tree nuts, peanuts, shell fish and sesame). Allergies are highly linked to gut flora and my daughter's pediatrician suggested adding probiotic powder to my daughters diet when she was two and sure enough by six she outgrew all her allergies. Fiber is a prebiotic and I account its presence in my diet for my lessening antibodies too. Just some food for thought.
Hope everyone has had a lovely weekend.

Very interesting. Thanks. I have been aware of this for years. I know that I am sensitive to dairy, nuts and also high insoluble fiber food and possibly more. I have had numerous test and no allergies were found. Yet I know certain foods make me feel unwell. I also have very high AP antibodies. I feel much better mainly when I eat little and avoid the trigger food. I do take probiotics but not sure if it helps.
I am fortunate that I tolerate bran and resistant starches very well. I and my faught er now that she is 12 do not take marketed probiotics any longer. We try to keep our diets high in foods that are known to help promote gut health and lower sugars. But this method would be very difficult for one with stomach issues and should always be cleared with your GP first.
