When my immune system crashed I became allergic to cat hair and flea bites, along with house dust and a few other normal everyday things which had previously not been an issue.
I found that cammomile tea bags in my bath helped my skin, and aloe vera pulp squidge onto the sore bits was lovely.
Its all part of the fun of having lupus.
I am no longer allergic to any of these things, -so don't despair.
Yes I am allergic to egg white and yolk, house dust, some pollens and fur dander, be very careful especially when eating out cross contamination can easily happen if chefs aren't aware of your dietary requirements. How bad a reaction do you have? Taking antihistamines help especially regarding things we can't avoid completely such as dust. It is much easier now to control food allergies as all foods are clearly labelled with common alleregens, prior to this labelling I was caught out a few times would you believe the sweets, chewits contain egg, I had a massive reaction. I've suffered from terrible eczema, utercaria and asthma but as long as avoid eggs and minimise where possible other things I'm allergic to (don't empty Hoover) I am symptom free most of the time.
Hi Deary
I take antihistamines every day , so far the reaction ive had is ulcers on tounge swollen face and itchy so not to bad but doc said it could get worse .

Pollen. Then recently milk & meat.
I have suffered from diarrhoea for years which has lately been much worse. I have SLE, Hughes Syndrome and Fibromyalgia. (I have been on an elimination diet and it seems that dairy foods are the problem. All my favourite things cheese, butter, cream, chocolate etc., but if it cures the constant worry of persistent diarrhoea it will be worth it.) I had tried going for allergy testing privately where they get you to hold a grip connected to a machine where the suggested substances are placed and a probe connected by another wire is touched to your finger. I came away with the suggestion that I avoid yeast, dairy and gluten, the easy assumption as they are the items which most often cause problems. I think the only way to be sure is to try eliminating things and then gradually add them back - I have no problem with wheat or yeast! So be careful of eliminating all those things from your life unless you are completely confident of the diagnosis.
