Joint pain and rash

Hello evereybody,

I have red rash on face for last 10 months. I visited few dermatologists where I was worried that it is malar rash where all said that it is Rosacea and not malar rash.

Major concern for me is that I have periodical ( it is during season change from witner to spring and summer to autmn ) slight pain in fingers especially in area of root of finger for last 3 years and it is going from finger to finger esepcially on left hand. It is not swollen and it hurts when I press it.

I visited also rheumatologist where he advised that there is no risk but I didint get any diagnosis.

I am diganosed with gout and have increased level of uric asid can this be caused by uric acid or I have to do other tests for lupus or other autoimmune disease.

Maybe, and just my uneducated suggestion, get more testing for AI. I get a lot of rashes, but saw one of my brother in laws last night, he has a major facial rash like a bad sunburn, but it’s from pernicious anemia, which is an altogether different AI but has A LOT of the same symptoms. His is being treated by an endocrinologist.
