West London support groups

Hi everyone

I’ve been recently diagnosed and still coming to terms with everything that’s going on. It’s been an emotional rollercoaster and it would be great to meet and connect with anyone based in west London. Are there any local support groups in West London or any Facebook groups that anyone knows of?

Wishing you good health and happiness always xx

Hi HappySummer

A very warm welcome to the gang!! 💐💐💐

Keep on this forum n u will learn about all things autoimmune..form friendships n connect with peeps all over the globe..I guarantee it!!

Lupus UK have groups meeting up all over the place n they will put u in touch with local group etc if there is one in your area..u may well get a reply from one of the lupusuk guys when office opens!!

However for having a rant..asking questions..getting expert advice n info..this is a great place to be.. we're not docs but we do live with autoimmune disease 24/7 so I think we have to become our own experts..we all present differently..but we help each other when we can!! Oh yeah n we do have a good giggle at times!!! Xx

Hi HappySummer ,

Welcome to the LUPUS UK Community Forum.

I'm afraid that I'm not aware of any lupus support groups that currently meet in West London. We do have a South London Group who have events and meetings at St George's Hospital in Tooting and the North London Group who tend to meet in the Edmonton area. If you would like contact information for either of these, please let me know.

If you need any more information about lupus and LUPUS UK, we have a free pack which you can request from our website or download at lupusuk.org.uk/request-info...
