Im 26yr old male... I have sun burn in my neck portion alone for past 7 yrs which goes and comes.... At first it was occured due to my job where i have to stand in sunlight from morning to evening in india fr 6months thats how i got that sunbutn in my neck portion so i quit the job...till nw i dont have any other problem but 2 months back i started getting mild joint pain without swelling or stiffness or redness.literally the pain comes anytime in a day.. then in a day or 2 it gets resolved and after that i dont even have tenderness in that joint...the pain occurs in one of the following joints wrist shoulder finger knee toes... Any one or two joints at a time...all i had is only pain and some cracking joints...if i had few or no clicking sound ina particular day i dont have much pain... If i have many clicking sounds in that day i habe more painlike flare.... That flare mostly comes if i take wheat, white flour or non veg...i dont have any fatigue or malaise but have mouth dryness in night and dont have morning stiffness or swelling

I ordered many blood tests Ra factor 14u/ml ref(20u/ml positive) anti ccp 11 ref(25 above positive) ana 1:80 they didnt give any pattern or intensity as they say its negative but i took antidsdna 11 reference(30 below negative 30 to 75 equivocal above 75 positive) anti sm 4 reference same as antidsna anti ssro 3 anti u1rnp 3 reference same as antidsdna...crp normal esr normal cbc normal urine complete analysis normal... Actually i have constipation problem for past 6 months in that period i took few nsaid and antibiotics... Thats how this joint pain started.... now im taking few ayurvedic treatment to control my symptoms and some diet which reduces my pain....my doctor says everything negative so dont worry may be early disease bla bla bla and he didnt give any medicine...

My diagnosis took 20+ years to narrow down. Until then I just treated my symptoms. I told my doctor what I was doing but labs just can’t reach the complexity of the human body. Also this is such a cloudy area of science right now. My suggestion is to talk to your doctor and treat a symptom as it comes. It’s extremely frustrating so come talk when you need too. 💛
