I frequently had cramps in my legs and my feet. I use magnesium salts in the bath a couple of times a week and the cramps are significantly better, only happening occasionally and they are less severe.
Coincidentally, this evening I have pain in the sole of my left foot. It is a sharp jabbing or prickling pain. I often have similar pains in my lower legs and other places. These pains can vary, sometimes sharp and sometimes it feels like an insect is crawling on my skin but there is nothing there. I have no idea what causes them, so I will be interested to hear other people’s experiences.
I have these pains in the ball of my foot and also up my legs, especially on the front of my thighs. My doctor sent me to a Consultant for nerve tests etc and they have found I have small fibre nueropathy. Very Painful!
If I were you I would ask your GP for a referral asap.
