Stomach pains

I have lupus and i'm ment to be going away on Wednesday but suffering with really bad stomach pains that r really painful. Does anyone else have these sort of pains and knw wat to do for best. As I cnt get in touch wiv my consultant till monday

Hi, Sarah. I have lupus as well and I used to experience stomach aches in the past. My doctor came to the conclusion that I developed a drug-induced gastritis and I ended up frequently experiencing acid reflux. I have been taking antacids, such as Dicarbocalm, up to 2-3 times a day. In my case, those were really helpful, but unfortunately, they are not long-term pills. I was lucky enough to get rid of the pain and I didn't have to think of an alternative.
