After an evening off pulling myself up the stairs with pain in my ankles, knees and hips your words were the tonic I needed. I worked yesterday and today and tomorrow I'm attending the funeral of a friend's father. It can be a real struggle to keep going sometimes but keep going we must. I've had a warm shower and rubbed my joints with ibro gel, now settling down for the night. Tomorrow's another day, thank you for your post. 🙏
