Hello
I know what you mean but
It could be worse
We are still alive. Maybe if we start feeling grateful every morning we are still here, things will get better
I am not always so positive but I had been listening to my favourite music and feel i can fight everything. lol
All of us have incredible power in us. If only we could trust ourselves!
Big hugs xxx
Once our immune system goes wrong, we are more likely to collect more auto immune disorders.
Everyone has ups and downs, but with your list of disorders, you are entitled to a few extra days feeling a bit miserable.
Possibly use it as a chance to review your priorities, what must be done, what can wait. And, possibly more importantly, what do I do that helps me feel better physically & mentally, and how do I fit in a bit more of those things. I used to think of a trip to the Spa as an expensive luxury, but I feel good after a session away from the chores, warm and relaxed, so I try to make sure I fit in a trip every now and then and I don’t see it as an expensive luxury anymore but an investment in my health and well being! I even direct family towards buying me vouchers for birthday presents. A trip to the Spa might be your idea of hell, but what could you do more of that makes you feel better?
I hope you are feeling more positive again now.
Thank you so much Alice. I wish I could say that I am more positive but now I have TMJ Disorder. My damned mouth will not open more than a little and I am on liquid and soft diet, steroids and rest. At least my hubby will have some peace now 😂😂
Oh that’s rubbish, I’ve had times when I’ve struggled with my jaw, really struggling to open it wide enough to brush my teeth, but fortunately mine has never lasted long, oh but it never really affected me talking!
