"I'm fine in the mornings, but by the afternoon the fatigue really kicks in"...it's remarkable how the brain works: A BBC article and audio
Fascinating! I love he positive final attitude after all the problems. " This is me, now" is something I'm quite in awe of. Thanks.
Yes, a remarkable person...and some good coping strategies for when brain fog kicks in, especially if you can plan in advance because it's on a 24-hour cycle! My brain's mince by 3pm! 🤗💪👆 xxx
I might see if I have 24hr brain cycle. I know my stomach wakes up around 3pm, but when the fog hits it's hard to organise myself anything!
I'm sure that sighthound of yours helps keep you on track! Mine did a grand job of organising me! And somehow gave me the urge to go up a hill and see the sunrise this morning, very invigorating on a cold, clear morn 🐺 xxx
I forgot the Blue boy! Of course he keeps me to his cycle. Good on you for the early morning walk. Blue had a 4 hr outing with some "Borrow My Doggie" people. It's totally confirmed he's a city dog. They went down a lane where there were cows to be seen behind the hedge. He wasn't afraid or ready to attack, but rather stunned by them! x
