Same, beautiful weather outside and im afraid to go to the local shop 2 mins away and thought of plastering on factor 50 +and ending up soaking of sweat roll on winter. ☹

Ditto! lupus took away most of my hair. So I wear a wig and a hat on top of it, plus layers of unnecessary clothing with factor 50+ and cover my hands. It gets hot under all that if I venture out. I am the weirdest woman in town!

Its a relief to know im not only one that is going through this I cring when i see good weather forecast as know going to be grounded, woke at 5am this morning saw cloud cover quick coffee and out the door for a walk still had to do the whole sunblock things but great to get out a good long walk before the sun breaks through. I 😁
