Leaky aortic valve

Hi. Just had an echo cardiograph showing some aortic value regurgitation - described as slightly leaky! Have yet to discuss results with Dr face to face. I have SLE and APS ( with secondary Sjögrens thrown in too) and was just wondering if this is a cardiac issue fellow ‘sufferers’ have encountered. My symptoms which lead to investigation were sinus tachycardia ( normal heart rhythm) and palpitations.

It doesn't sound like too much to worry about, I have a slight one and the doctor says that it is very common.
