I went strawberry picking with my daughter and grandchildren today until a wasp went up my sandle and kept stinging one of my toes !! . Absolutely killing still now. Chemist recommended hydrocortisone cream so I've put that on it. I can see toe is swollen .just glad it didn't get the children. Damn wasps.
Ive taken cetirizine and im on prednisolone so hopefully that will all help too
Having my bilimimab infusion Wednesday so hope i am still allowed to have it

You poor old 'thing'- OOOWWWWCCHHH, very definitely! As you say at least the children were, all alright. As regards your injection, this not a drug I know, so I can't comment. However I WOULD speak , to your Doctors/Consultants, if you are worried. There used to be, perhaps still available, called 'Sting Relief' it was a Topical Cream and, as I recall, quite good.
Hope that you feel better soon, as you say 'Damn Wasps'.
Update ...my toe is alot better now. Still a bit itchy but much improved. Found 3 sting sites on my toe as well as another one on my big toe aswell .I can see why I was in so much pain ! 😱xx
