Pain in Upper Right Top of Breast & Into ArmPit

I am suffering with this annoying pain that started last night. It is located on my right side, top of breast and radiated into my armpit. It comes and goes about every 3-4 minutes. What can I do to get rid of this and is it serious and I should go to the ER to get checked out? I don't think I can take a pain medication as I am on a med now that has an opiate blocker in it.?
