feeling bored

I have lupus, I can't work, I can't plan ahead and I generally feel too tired to do anything and when i'm not tired I hurt from the arthritis. After feeling frustrated about not being able to do much I think the thing I feel most is boredom from not being able to do anything. Does anyone have any suggestions? what do you do to keep yourself occupied other than sleep.

I watch lots of tv 😭 I choose a box set and I watch it all day. Not fun but can't do anything else. Xx

Hi, I do a lot of reading been trying knitting but hands hurt too much, now and again croche as you only have to hold one needle. Also getting good at daydreaming :).

I tried teaching myself to crochet at Christmas, still haven't finished anything. been trying to make a sort of t-shirt with wool, no sleeves but i'm either too tired or my hands hurt. maybe i'll finish it for next summer.

I am fortunate that I can do about anything still but be in the sun without complete protection...At some point eveyrday, the fatigue grabs me and I am down for the count...I really hate it....and I get what you mean by making plans.....
