I’m in malaysia and it’s very hot here. Like 33/34celcius. I have lupus, and recently my friends invited me to go to a waterpark and have some fun. Can i go? Or is it just too dangerous for me cause of the sun? Will i be safe if i protect myself using sunblock? Or still risky?

Waterproof sunblock and keep as covered as you can! Floppy hat recommended
Make sure you can make your own way there in case it does get too much and you can go early, i'm sure your friends will understand
Excellent advice,

Hi notnilla,
Taking the right precautions like applying waterproof sunblock every so often, wearing sunglasses and a wide brim hat should allow you to enjoy your day at the waterpark. We published a blog article on ‘coping with light sensitivity’ which I encourage you to read before your trip: lupusuk.org.uk/coping-with-...
If in doubt, it is always work speaking to your doctor to ensure you receive the correct advice about being in the sun and what you can do to protect yourself from UV light.
Penguintaz has given great advice!
