Hi barbdockeray

I can recommend Difflam mouthwash for sore mouth and ulcers. It has a steroid in it so numbs the pain. Good to use it before meals!. It is expensive to buy but would be quicker for you to get than on prescription at the moment.

Hope it doesn't spoil Christmas for you and improves soon. X

Hi there , there does not seem to be a really affective treatment but i find ambisol liquid put on with a cotton bud helps , also warm water with salt and cider vinegar for a gargle. My wbc is very low at moment which always leads to a sore mouth is this also an issue with you? I hope you can get a bit of relief and have a very happy Christmas 🎄

HEllo - can I suggest mouthulcers.co.uk they have so many remedies and very knowledgeable. Their remedy for night time dry mouth XyliMelts has kept a sore mouth to the minimum. I have Sjogrens too - horrid .Good luck

May sound silly, chewing gum may help. It’s a good way of exercising the mouth! Happy Christmas
