So this time next week will be Christmas Eve

I just want to hope that everyone can enjoy the holiday and wishing you all good health for it !!

Let's see what Lupus Christmas 2017 will be .

This will be my 3rd Christmas with Lupus . I must say last year was amazing as I had started getting pain under control ( it may just been the alcohol though )

My goal for 2018 is to get back on track with my weight loss . I would like to lose at least half a stone in the year 🙃

That's a good one loulamb that I'm sure you'll achieve but not easy as I know too well. I've had to be really strict with food to lose weight as on steroids too!. Your not are you which is a big plus?. Look forward to your updates next year . X

I don't take steroids just hydroxy and pain killers at the moment - but may need something different when I go back in March to the rheumy!

I just need to stop eating crisps and takeaways 😑

I was told if you eat 500 calories a day less you will lose a pound a week. Some weeks I did it and others I didn’t but I kept trying and I’ve lost a stone since May. Good luck and merry Christmas.
