Chest pain

Hi

This morning I woke up feeling like my chest was on fire. Was burning and a bit painful. Even though I wasn't out of breath I felt like I had to take deep breath all the time.

This disease is making me feel so down.

Hello tupilano,

That sounds horrible. Do you think it could it be due to excess stomach acid Have you a history of gastritis or acid reflux or any thing like it? If not, it could be a new and/or temporary thing - which wouldn't be surprising given the stress you have been under lately.

See if it continues and have a word with your GP if you are at all concerned x

Hi Tulipano,

Have you spoken to you GP or rheumatologist about this?

If in doubt, it is always worth speaking to your doctor about the symptoms you are experiencing as he/she can provide you with the correct advice and treatment. Also, the doctor may refer you to a specialist such as physiotherapist or pulmonary specialist if required.
