It's called a Hangover LouLamb & from much experience I can tell you they get worse as you get older.....so be warned!

The aching is a hangover ? Everyone kept asking me how my head was yesterday but it was totally fine no headache at all !

Believe me LL a hangover is not confined to a head ache! After 6 cans of Cider you should expect your toenails to ache!

Ah well! Live & Learn! But watch the Sangria in Lazarote! It tastes likes a harmless little fruit drink- but over do it & you'll spend your lovely holiday in bed in a dark room!

You are young....you will probably feel better...in a week or two!

Did you dance? I always ache after a dance. X

Yeah I was dancing most of the night . As I said I danced because I didn't feel any pain because the alcohol seemed to numb it.

You're young Lou. You are allowed to let your hair down and have fun. Nice to have a break from the lupus stuff too. Doesn't sound like you drank loads. The aches are probably the dancing. You'll be better soon. Lots of water and a couple of early nights. Glad you enjoyed your cousins wedding. X

I'm putting the aches down to the dancing and not the alcohol . As I have drank more than that before and done no moving and woke up fine before . !! X

Ooh dear LouLamb you are suffering the after effects of overindulgence in alcohol.

Probably was fun at the time, and helped dull the pain but yes you certainly pay for it at some point.

Moderation is the name of the game Lou ,so go easy on the alcohol, and dont do it too often. You can still enjoy yourself without overindulging.

Hope you feel better soon, you will probably feel out of sorts for at least today, but it does get better. We have all been there at some point ,but hopefully learned our lesson.

Take care.
