I have the dotted rash all over, hellish fatigue, purple and red fingers and toes. Headaches, hair falling out, rash along lip line and my ANA came back at 1:180 today.

I am a brain injury patient and stroke patient also. The full body pain started after the stroke. It was an inter cranial cerebral venous thrombosis.

Have no clue what is happening to me.

Jennaj79, Hello. You are a very brave person with so much to cope with. I have tried so many times to work out all that is happening to me ... I never get there because a new symptom appears! I hope that things settle soon for you & the full body pain & rash diminish. I suppose you are on a lot of medication, I hope some is giving you a little bit of ease. How I wish I could advise you so you would get instant ease, however I can only send you my best wishes & sincere hopes that things improve. How are you managing after the stroke & brain injury? I am thinking of you, xx Pixiewixie

Hi Jennaj79 ,

I'm sorry to hear that you have been so unwell. Who is currently performing these investigations? Is it your GP or are you under the care of a rheumatologist? Have you been told what their plan is following your ANA result?
