I have lupus an just found out my heart wall is thick an my heart is enlarged the Dr did a heart Cather I don't have any blockage so I'm sure it's the lupus. Have your heart checked... They put me on lipator even though I don't have high blood pressure yet. Good luck everyone lupus is hard to deal with..
