Got some what of a doctors letter today . Luckily citizen advice rang me up as well to come in today to do my form perfect timing really .

I went and they helped me fill out my form . Hopefully I'll have me assessment date once I sent back the form . With any luck they won't turn me down so I can avoid the hassle of an appeal again
