Fluffs can be a real nuisance....just be mindful of what you are eating...anything different? I have found that since giving up dairy and some yeast products my fluffs are less frequent....but when they are present...my gosh, rancid.
Some medicines can increase flatulence.........
Still, they are part of us, and a natural part too
Let rip if you have too

I do sympathise. I have the same problem, not all the time but occasional days when I can't seem to stop popping! If possible, I go in the garden and spend time moving pots and things (bending over to force a pop) and after a while I feel relieved. Can't really advise on food or drink because I havn't been able to relate it to anything in particular - just seems to be me. Sorry can't be more helpful - perhaps others have good ideas? Heather
I have pancreatic deficiency and bile flow problems and have to take pancreatic enzymes and a bile acid tablet every time I eat.
Without that I cannot digest at all and in the past had dire wind all the time.
I would get it checked out ,as so manywind problems are put down to IBS but it could be that you are not digesting your food.
Hi, just wondering if you are on mycophenolate & if so what dose? When mine was increased from 2/500 to 4/500 i had the same problem as you've described. I had to reduce it to the original dose because of other reasons connected to my skin & the wind issue went bk to normal. Hope you find a solution soon
Hi, I found I had dreadful wind- very embarrassing, but all settled down when I cut out gluten from my diet. It really made a big difference so it may help you too. Good luck!
