Had my first driving lesson yesterday . It was so good better than I had expected . I had trouble with the handbreak . It weren't to much of a big deal . As long as I had my foot on the break and clutch the car wouldn't go anywhere anyway . Until I put the handbreak down the car wouldn't go off anywhere.
He spoke to me all about the gears , doing the cockpit check . Loads of other things .
I then drove it 1st , 2nd , 3rd and 4th gear . Done some left turning and some reversing . He said I did very well for a first lesson not many do that much in first lesson .
I've booked in for theory test only available Saturday was 1st April as I can't go in the week .
The driving instructor said if I carry on with the progress i am making . If I do loads in single lessons like I did yesterday . I could be looking at end of April for my test
