I had this problem and now its been solved. I slip at a motel floor after taking a shower and fell on my side and hit the back of my head on the floor. I went to the chiropractor and told him about my fall. He adjusted me and now the pain is gone. Another way to tell is when you wash your hair in the shower with your eyes shut, do you feel that you are off balance.
