LUPUS UK is producing a report to submit to the Scottish Medicines Consortium (SMC) as part of a consultation discussing whether Benlysta (belimumab) should be available to be used by lupus patients who meet the requirements for the treatment in Scotland.

An important part of this submission will include views from people affected by lupus about the condition, their experiences with currently available treatments, and their expectations from future treatments.

We would be very grateful if you could take the time to complete this questionnaire and share it with others you may know who have a diagnosis of systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE).

The survey should take approximately 10-20 minutes to complete. The deadline for submitting your responses is midnight on Thursday 17th February 2017. Thank you for your time.
