Help!

Hi everyone. I'm 47 & have antiphospholipid antibody syndrome, cold aglutinins and gp says lupus was positive but rheumatologist says it's too hard to diagnose. Had all of this for about 5yrs. Never had any major symptoms other than tiredness and sore hands.

Until now. For 5-6wks I have been unwell. So extremely tired all the time to the point of crying with exhaustion an hour after waking. Body is aching, joints sore, sharp pains inside and feel totally whacked. Gp thinks it's viral but I asked for blood test to check my markers. Even if it comes back showing a flare up, I won't take pharmaceutical drugs. Does anyone use alternative medicine that they can recommend?
