Not bad exactly. Just more evidence of disease activity. There are others who would know more than I do so I hope someone else can explain in more detail for you. Have you got a positive ana?

My 10 year old daughter does. She has an appt Friday with rheumatology. She has 1:640 speckled homogenous centremere

Sorry to hear it's your 10 year old daughter though! The pattern of ana doesn't mean anything about severity, more an indicator of what disease could be involved and gives doctors an anchor point in diagnosis and treatment.
