hi allhad ct scans

hi had ct scans on abdomen chest and pelvic area now to ensure their is nothing else going on. She the rumi doctor is thinking its all to do with my posterior tibia tendinitus my ankle is going in and the knee twists when i put my foot down.

I have had terible shoulder pain through trying to keep my body square and the feet are still going disculoured whit then hot at night. so she is thinking phisio and ortho insoles will put this right BUT IM IN DOUBT ABOUT THIS i have tryed quad exersises and every little trick and exersise and i can get the mussles in my legs to work propper my bad leg well the knee cap is like sore and dry underneat it and walking is a distance is a complete mess Im wondering if their are any othe sufferers out their who have this cos im about to give up if nothing shows up in my bloods or anything else I just know that me ankles are like ive got verry bad like not stron ligaments in them and im tyred of sitting then trying to do somthing and being out of breath a bit throug exersion yesterday i ached all over and was wandering if some of this ain fibro.

i await your replys for similar experiences from yourselves

Can i also ask if anyone had tibia tendonitus with inside ankle pain.

  • Am so sorry minka: πŸ™ this is really tough stuff you're dealing with...I've just replied to your other post on this subject (tibia tendonitis), having googled it & found out a bit more myself πŸ˜‰

Have any of your medics mentioned hypermobility? Your description of your condition does make me wonder if you're hypermobile. Sadly, even if it turns out you are hypermobile, my impression is that there may not be much more you can do than you & your medics are already...but, for what it's worth, my own experience of being hypermobile with infant onset lupus is that the medics who help me most are ALL senior, highly experienced in connective tissue disorders & immune dysfunction + open minded True Detective types. For my version of this sort of stuff, I see an ortho surgeon, a physio, a podiatrist & my rheumatology lupus clinic so am on the right meds to make my soft tissues able to respond to ortho & physio & podiatry treatments

I hope you'll let us know how you get on driving these investigations & treatments forward

  • my next stuff is podiatry and phisio but i do get conserned about the toes going red and the weekness in the mussles of the leg like with dematomyositis some times like now my toe ends are throbbing like mad today because ive been to the swimming pool in water walking up and down little swim on back then later on i had a little walk and later like now my toes are having a fl;are up again.

i dont know but if i put orthotics in my feet they feel like they would rub away not to mention teeth that have to be pulled You wonder how all this will end its weird from somthing that started as an ankle strain as an onset But i am keeping as carm as possible and only doing what i need to do. yeterdayb i fitted or new fridge in now that was a bridge to far i think down on floor on side and all that.

This little lot has verry similaritys to dermatomyosits The mor i try to get strength back in legs the more problems arise.

    regards john
