Am so sorry minka: 🙁 this is really tough stuff you're dealing with...I've just replied to your other post on this subject (tibia tendonitis), having googled it & found out a bit more myself 😉
Have any of your medics mentioned hypermobility? Your description of your condition does make me wonder if you're hypermobile. Sadly, even if it turns out you are hypermobile, my impression is that there may not be much more you can do than you & your medics are already...but, for what it's worth, my own experience of being hypermobile with infant onset lupus is that the medics who help me most are ALL senior, highly experienced in connective tissue disorders & immune dysfunction + open minded True Detective types. For my version of this sort of stuff, I see an ortho surgeon, a physio, a podiatrist & my rheumatology lupus clinic so am on the right meds to make my soft tissues able to respond to ortho & physio & podiatry treatments
I hope you'll let us know how you get on driving these investigations & treatments forward
my next stuff is podiatry and phisio but i do get conserned about the toes going red and the weekness in the mussles of the leg like with dematomyositis some times like now my toe ends are throbbing like mad today because ive been to the swimming pool in water walking up and down little swim on back then later on i had a little walk and later like now my toes are having a fl;are up again.
i dont know but if i put orthotics in my feet they feel like they would rub away not to mention teeth that have to be pulled You wonder how all this will end its weird from somthing that started as an ankle strain as an onset But i am keeping as carm as possible and only doing what i need to do. yeterdayb i fitted or new fridge in now that was a bridge to far i think down on floor on side and all that.
This little lot has verry similaritys to dermatomyosits The mor i try to get strength back in legs the more problems arise.
Take care John: you know your body very well and are the best person to decide how to pace your activities & which treatments to trial. Am glad you're here. Please keep us posted. 🍀🍀🍀🍀
yep i do but it tends to get worse with trying and im struggling to keep mussle power in my leg with the feet at the ends swelling and red and skin hardening in feet
