I have heard about a new, free app that you can download to monitor skin conditions. Thought it may be helpful to others suffering from rashes etc related to lupus. It is called my skin selfie and you can take pictures over time to monitor how your skin changes/flares. It records the date etc for you and might be helpful to bring along to appointments to show doctors/professionals too. Here is the link:
Thank you for sharing the app. I have been monitoring various skin blisters, sores, rashes using my camera and a notepad for a few years now. This app will save much time, help to compare and separate my Lupus pictures from my life photos. So nice to have everything documented and grouped together for my next rheumatologist appointment. Thanks
