Skin exfoliation

Some of you mentioned on this forum about skin exfoliation. Are you using dry exfoliation or body scrub products? And how often do you exfoliate?

No wonder we barely make it out of the door - by the time we take care of the skin, the hair, the face, then eat, take pills, have coffee/tea etc.

Every morning in the shower using only my massage sponge & Weleda shower cream. Am addicted to this & pretty sure it really has hoped me over the years

Takes me 2 hours min from getting up to walking out the door: ridiculous! You are so right

HI i found a cream from debenhams and the the herbal shop sell it its called spa magic in a blue and white tube also it comes in a large pack with all different items i have been using them for a while and have really been great for my skin, the do a face cream , shower and body cream and a moisturiser, there a little pricey but well worth buying, the face cream is about £8.50 and £7.50 for shower and bath cream.If you managed to get a chance debenhams normally have the sets half price thats when i normally stock up.
