Just feel the need for a rant, I've got 6 warts on my hands, random lumps under my arms that contain pus (yeah I know), diarrhoea all the time, a flaky scalp! I just wanted to share with you all how attractive I feel right now ๐Ÿ˜‚ time for some self pampering I think ๐Ÿ˜€

Sorry natal. I have a quisy intestine all week too. And my scalp has been bad as well.

Hope things are better tomorrow. Organic cold pressed sesame oil best for scalp. I ran out, just ordered more from Amazon. George's aloe vera will make your intestines feel a little better.

Feel better ๐Ÿ˜Š

natal1a , please be aware that aloe products are not safe for everybody. Lupus is very varied and what may benefit one person, could potentially be harmful for another.

Any aloe products that contain aloe latex can irritate your bowells, exacerbate hemorrhoids and cause kidney problems. Aloe can affect your blood sugar levels and interact with some treatments such as warfarin.

I find it hard to believe a plant like aloe can cause problems with lupus patients. It is a plant that has been used for centuries to heal the skin when burnt. A licensed nutritionist told me to drink 1/4 cup of aloe before eating. Could you site an article defending this comment please?

Hi Natura , just because a product is stated to be 'natural' it doesn't necessarily mean it is safe for everybody. That is why I urge people to check with their own health professionals first.

My husband came across a Boswelia extract pills on Amazon. Have you heard of them? It is for joint pain. It regular used your metabolism by increasing thyroid function.

As with any alternative treatments or supplements, I would recommend that people discuss them with their doctors before trying them.
