I am from the U.S. The 70 SPF is available here in most stores. The one I get is higher protection for babies. I get it at my local

With my right foot especially, I have to keep it covered in sunscreen. It will get sun burn easily. I keep it on all parts of me that are exposed to the sun. Reapply every hour just in case. It seems to work well for me.

I can not and I have not been able to wear shoes for almost 2 years because of my right foot so, I have to use sunscreen on it anytime I'm outside.

Thanks Tiras, I'm in UK and highest spf here is 50,I understand US spf does not equate with UK one e.g.. US 100 = 50UK. However I'll check baby ones
