Body sore to the touch

I just got out hospital today and now my whole body is sore when touched ex specially th back of next and top of shoulders

I had a lot of back pain after being in hospital a few years ago. I have osteoarthritis and it took quite a while to settle down again. I blamed the hosp bed and its mattress

I used to get that a lot. It felt like bruises and it tended to be near joints - elbows, thighs, neck. I think it is some sort of inflammation. When I was at my first Rheims appt I described how sometimes I felt like I had bruises but when I looked my skin was fine. The rheumatologist didn't bat an eyelid and just wrote it down. I sometimes get it now but it's been a lot less thankfully.
