Lupus flair

It's now 5 weeks since I broke my wrist, but had I known then that breaking a bone triggers a flair up, then I would have been prepared, but instead it was very unexpected & especially when I started losing a lot of my long hair it felt like the end of the world to me.

Today I went to see my Rhumatologist, when I told him about the flair, he just said that because I have a broken bone I can't have a steroid injection to help me & to just continue with my normal dose of Plaquinil, anitinflamitories & Tramadol, I am disappointed as I thought that would either go back up to my previous dosage of Plaquinil or to go back onto Prednislone & would be hopefully feeling better soon, but it looks like I will just have to continue to get through it myself, grin & bare it.

Oh do hold on, Cal 66, this seems ridiculous that the flare should not be treated as a result of the fracture.

Hugs and caring thoughts being sent your way. 🌾🌾🌾🌾🌾🌾🌾. That is horrid for you.
