Having recently experienced another few hours in appointment delayed clinic and a nurse was mentioning in short as in sle (systemic Lupus erythymatosus ) and RA (rheumatoid arthritis) and fed up stared thinking of a few alternatives for fun.Please add any !

FLARE = Feeling Low And Ridiculously Exhausted

AM = Another Morning

PM = Post Midday/PerlManopausal (both either hot /cold and a dark dark place which will eventually become light again

DM= Hey AM and PM take up 24hours no time for a DM(if you have had to work with a bad one you'll understand)

WHY= Who Are You? (Damn brain fog )

SLEEP = Sorry I haven't experienced enough to comment!

APPT= Another Physical Painful Treat

DIET=Discovering I Eat Terribly

HELP=Hoping Everybody Less Pain 8)
