Hi i have had a sore back on the right hand side. For 7 month's now I have test s and been to the doctors so many times now. Still have not found what is the problem i so worried about it. Just don't know what to do now

Sorry to read about your back. It can be tricky to treat. What tests have you had?. Have you tried something like Pilates?. Gentle stretching exercises with a teacher on a one to one basis can help. I have had problems with my back that have been helped this way. X

Going true the same thing for a year now do a lot of test but nothing found it stress me out

Have they said anything about spondylitis or a cracked rib. If you are able to do yoga, Pilates, or gentle stretching, I would think that might relieve it some. I assume they have done x-rays and MRI? I wish you the best Riley1111.
