Can a claim anything...

Hello there, I have got few things wrong with me I have B12 deficiency, depression and CFS I can't work and not getting no help. Can anbody on here give me any advice...?

Hi DRW123,

It's possible that you may be able to claim something if you are unable to work as a result of your diagnoses. The diagnoses themselves don't entitle you, but rather the effect they have upon your ability to perform certain tasks reliably.

If you need advice about what you may be entitled for and assistance with completing the forms then you could make an appointment at your local Citizen's Advice Bureau. Alternatively, we have a range of guides which have a lot of information and advice which are available to members of LUPUS UK.
