OCD anyone...?

Just wanted to quickly ask if anyone else has slightly ocd tendencies when frustrated by their conditions?

Frustrated no I freak the hell out lol I've had OCD for at least 25 yrs, but have only had slight control for about 12, I bleach everything everyday, and at 2:30 in the morning. I also have lupus, I'm going blind, and have a brain tumor which is probably why I bleach so much. Control what you can even if it's the pantry, or your bed room, something small. Then once you have control of that the restvis a cake walk. I hope this helps. Good luck Hun

Hey Jo-Jo,

I'm currently undiagnosed, my doctor thinks I may have Lupus so I'm in the middle of all the horrible testing and questions.

Last year I was misdiagnosed with Anxiety and OCD and sent for CBT therapy, I soon stopped my appointments as therapy was not helping me at all, and my OCD symptoms only occurred sporadically, always linked with my Lupus symptoms. So interesting to see that you all suffer from this too!

I spent many hours scrubbing the house with bleach, and the rest of the time in bed with exhaustion, aches and pains, migraines, vomiting etc...

Hope you feel better and kick the OCD, I haven't managed to yet.
