Cold legs

I have lymphodema in both legs other problems with legs as well . Last 3 days have been worst in a long time . From knees down they are so cold semi numb all day does anyone else suffer from this problem

Do you wear compression? Does the numbness/cold stop when you remove the compression garments?

I take them off and put my feet on hot cushion it eases it a bit but last few days nothing seems to warm them up

Any sudden change in your condition needs checking. Circulation? See your doctor.

Hi I do have venous insuffiency also Bowen’s disease ( long term sun damage . Also nerve endings damage .
