Head and Neck lymphoedema ?

If you have had treatment for a head and neck cancer - surgery, chemotherapy or radiotherapy. You are at risk of developing lymphoedema in the head, face or neck. This can impact on eating , swallowing and speech, but simple self- massage, head, neck, shoulder mobilisations and breathing techniques can help reduce your swelling and improve function.
