Could this be cellulitis I have lymphodema in both legs . Stinging and burning feeling from knees to toes . Headache and feeling hot and cold like you have an infection . Aching back and getting more immobile as days go on I cannot stand without pain . It’s a hard thing to detect even when I go to gps they are never too sure . I have just requested some antibiotics this morning from docs .

I would get this checked out asap at A and E.
