I distinctly remember being smacked over the knuckles with a ruler by a school teacher, because I kept 'fidgeting' and swinging my legs!

I would want to see 'modesty boards' attached to desks in an office setting, if all the staff were offered this device - otherwise very distracting to other people.

But, essentially, a very good idea!

Good idea but expensive. Also we Lymphoedema people have problems even lifting their feet due to pain, soreness and the fluid that collects on the soles of the feet. I for one would find it impossible to use.

I think this would be better for leg lymphies if the leg part could be elevated. Dangling your legs isnt a good idea when you have legs lymphedema.

How can i use it? I can't move my legs because I'm paralysed from the waist downwards, due to my spina bifida.
