Do you mean emuaid cream? It's based on Emu Oil, plus a few more ingredients like tea tree oil and ceramide 3 - you could ask a local pharmacist if they could make some up for you.

It is also available from internet sellers - google Emuaid Cream, and a whole selection will appear.

Could someone tell me if Emu aid cream is good for Lympoedemia and why/

Not sure it's 'good' for lymphoedema, but as an emollient, and moisturizer it may be effective in preserving the integrity of the skin - but you don't have to pay a fortune - a dollop of E45 , or just about anything else that is available from a pharmacist, would have the same effect.
